Causes of the error-

As the first glance, it seems as like that device is downloading some files but unfortunately this is not the case. This error shows up when the firmware of your device has been messed up.

Along with that it is observed that the error message appears in Download mode. It is used in Samsung devices and a few Nexus devices only. Also if you have a rooted device with a custom ROM then it can show up in that device as well.

The download mode is usually triggered when you press the wrong button combination. For instance, if you were trying to enter recovery mode, so the buttons that you had to press were  Power button + Home button + Volume Up button but you mistakenly pressed  Power button + Home button + Volume Down button, which resulted in triggering this error.
